1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the DINECART website, mobile app, or any related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. DINECART reserves the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Account Registration
You may be required to create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. 3. Orders and Pricing
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in USD and exclude applicable taxes and shipping fees, which will be added at checkout. DINECART reserves the right to correct errors, modify prices, or cancel orders with prior notice. Payment must be completed before order processing.
4. Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods displayed at checkout. By submitting payment, you authorize DINECART to charge the total amount. All transactions are processed securely; we do not store full payment card data.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. DINECART is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or force majeure. Title to goods remains with DINECART until full payment is received.
6. Returns and Refunds
You may return unused, unopened items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund, subject to our Return Policy. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive the return. Certain items, such as personalized or perishable goods, are non-returnable. DINECART strives for accuracy but does not warrant that product descriptions, images, or pricing are error-free. DINECART, its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or any products purchased. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the product giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
